The VdS32 project transforms a historic building that once housed a bustling candy factory on the ground floor and offices above. Originally designed for industrial and commercial use, this space has been thoughtfully reimagined into a sophisticated residential development.

Today, VdS32 offers nine exclusive residences, ranging from stylish 1-bedroom apartments to expansive 4-bedroom duplexes, with most bedrooms featuring en-suite layouts. The project’s logo draws from her dynamic patterns and abstract forms, infusing the development with a unique, sophisticated visual character.

Beyond its artistic homage, the design subtly references the building’s past as a candy factory—textures and shapes within the architecture evoke the molds and artisanal processes once used on-site.
